SHIPPING POLICY

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, making items arriving separately.  You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.  Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple products you have ordered.  

If you choose to ship to multiple addresses we will add an additional fee per address.  Orders including only gift cards will not be charged an additional fee.  

Black Phlox uses multiple carriers to ensure your packages arrive safely and in tact.

*We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO Boxes

Black Phlox is unable to ship internationally at this time

Black Phlox accepts orders ALL DAY/EVERY DAY. However, we ship Monday-Friday. (Excluding holidays)

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to —— days for your order to be processed and shipped. Holidays may have an increased shipping time due to increased volume. Your order will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS from Houston, Texas. Due to the mechanism of production, we are unable to send priority mail express at this time.

 

Order Processing:

Orders are usually processed within - business days after the order is placed. While we use several mechanisms for shipping, there is a common misconception that using USPS priority mail denotes that your products will be shipped in 2 business days. Please be aware that USPS transit time is not the same as processing time

 

Orders that contain an address different than the billing address may require additional verification. Purchasers may be subject to additional review and the customer may be contacted. As an additional measure of protection we attempt to track IP addresses as another layer

 

Enjoy free shipping on orders totaling more than $75 before taxes are assessed. Pricing is most often assessed based on weight your package will be sent via Priority Mail or First Class Package

 

ISPS priority transit times are approximately 2-3 which may vary by state. During the busy holiday season~ we may experience delays outside of our control. Larger orders will be shipped via UPS ground

 

APO/FPO addresses

 

For APO/FPO addresses there may be a delay. These addresses are delivered using a collaborative effort of the Military Postal Service & USPS. This process may require a customs advance which may cause further delays. Transport times depend on the assigned unit, as well as current conditions of mobilization operations


 

STOLEN,RETURN, & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit; however we want to make it right for you the consumer and will replace as soon as we can

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have marked as delivered but has been actually stolen.  

Please make arrangements to contact the shipping carrier within 24-48 hours if you acknowledgement of delivery  but the intended recipient has not received them. 

In some circumstances USPS is holding the package at the local post office is holding the package due to incorrect addresses or no forwarding available.  Please check with your local post office or you may need to file a complaint with your local Postal Inspector.  Please access the link below to file a formal complaint with the USPS.
