You must reorder your cologne or perfume BEFORE you schedule a pickup appointment
Service Description
This appointment is to pick up your custom perfume or cologne. You must prepay for this service and choose a time to pick up your wonderful mixture. You will not be given another bottle originally purchased during your session at Black Phlox Candle Company. Note Black Phlox Studios are closed on Tuesdays-Thursdays. After July 1, 2025: Clients who did not upgrade to a 50 or 60ml bottle during their session may not reorder a refill whether perfume or cologne. Please read each option to ensure it fits your needs.

Cancellation Policy
This is an appointment for you to pick up your remake of the recipe you made during your original visit. Each appointment must be made at least 48 hours before your pick up time.
