Waiver and Release: I hereby release and discharge Black Phlox Studios from all existing and future claims arising from the Experience, premises, or equipment (including burns, scalding, eye injuries, or property loss).

Minors & Supervision: Participants must be at least 12 years old (unless attending specific children's events for ages 6–11). Minors under 18 require a parent/guardian signature. 1 adult per 3 participants (ages 12–16) is required.

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is strictly voluntary. Participants under 21 are prohibited from drinking. Guests violating policies may be removed without refund.

Indemnification & Severability: Guests agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from legal costs arising from participation.
